About Our Equine Program

Horses help guide the way to teach and enhance life skills, promote positive character traits, and gain insight into behaviors. They also have the ability to help people increase their confidence and academic achievement.   We have a dynamic team of experienced professionals who are excited to work with youth, adults and organizations.  Our staff shares a commitment to excellence and a strong desire to serve others. 

Life Adventure Center of the Bluegrass is a 575-acre farm nestled in the rolling hills of Versailles, KY. Our Equine Center has an outdoor and indoor arena, making riding lessons possible in all types of weather. No prior horse experience is necessary, just a desire to learn and have fun! Our well-trained school horses are appropriate for a variety of skill levels, from beginner through advanced.

The program sessions are semester-long and meet once a week. Each youth session ends with a “demonstration” horse show to give the students an opportunity to show family and friends what they have learned.
