Encounter the perfect outdoor classroom within our ecologically rich and diverse 250-acre forest. Lessons are aligned with Kentucky Core Content for Assessment /Common Core Standards. We specialize in school group programs but also have the ability to plan for any group or organization.
Educational field trips, environmental field days, and professional development opportunities may also be made available for your group. Environmental education staff will assist your group with programming as well as logistics. When possible, we are also able to bring in professionals to present on various topics in addition to our environmental education staff.Lessons

Our teaching garden is an impressive 148 feet long and 48 feet wide. This great expanse of area allows for several different garden display areas include a vegetable garden, herb garden, native Kentucky plantings, and more.
