"Open Enrollment," Adventure Camp Session Rescheduled: Our 2020 summer day-camp session (originally scheduled for June) will reopen with two options of rescheduled dates: July 6 through 10, or July 13 through 17. These alternative camp dates will involve lower maximum enrollment caps as well as additional, extensive policies to enhance camper and staff safety. Previously enrolled as well as wait-listed families should have already received direct communication from our registrar with options: apply their existing registration/deposit to their preferred dates in July. If you are a currently enrolled family but have not received this communication, please contact our Registrar (Kat Miller, firstname.lastname@example.org, 859-873-3271) at your earliest opportunity to discuss. Additional information will be forthcoming to re-enrolled families which will include self-reporting health checks, our enhanced drop-off/pick-up/daily health checks and other proceedures. Alternatively, enrolled families will be given the option to apply their deposit to the 2021 summer or receive a refund. Please accept our deeply felt apologies for any inconvenience and our thanks for your continued patience as we work through this process together. We anticipate filling our rescheduled camp dates with existing enrollment and/or existing, waitlisted families. Thus, we unfortunately cannot currently accept new enrollment until/unless cancellations warrant. Check back with these pages over the weeks ahead for further updates.
We've developed new and extensive adapatations and protocals to ensure added sanitation measures, daily wellness and temperature checks, provide appropriate PPEs, revise food service protocals and many other changes to promote both camper and staff safety. Thus, we are confident 2020 will represent another AMAZING Camp season. More than just a fun week of camp (but make no mistake... we will still have a TON of fun!), your camper will develop team-building skills and confidence... skills for life!

Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: How do I know my child will be safe?
A: Accredited by the American Camp Association, safety is our number one priority. All of our staff are highly trained and hold multiple certifications including first air, CPR, lifeguarding, and more. We diligently worked with health, accrediting and governmental officials to enhance our santiation protocals, PPE supplies, training, daily health checks, social distancing and other operational changes to ensure precautions are taken against the added COVID-19 risk. Once re-enrolled, an extensive packet of additional information will be forthcoming about our new COVID-19 protocals and proceedures.
Q: How does drop off/pick up work?
A: Campers sign in between 7:30-8:30AM and can be picked up between 5-6PM daily. Please bring your ID to sign you child out! Upon arrival each day, one of our staff will greet you at your care to complete a temperature and wellness check. We will also require you complete a wellness self-assessment form for the 14 days prior to camp.
Q: What does a typical day look like?
A: Each day begins with fun, team-building games, followed by 1/2 day activity blocks before and after a tasty and nutritious lunch served at our beautiful outdoor pavilion or Woodland Assembly Building. Staff accompany campers throughout the day. As each day's activities may change in accordance with the weather and facility use, our staff will notify you about the next day's activities at the prior night's pick-up time.
Q: What if my child has never done any of these activites before?
A: We specialize in welcoming and facilitating new adventure seekers! Your camper needs no experience prior to arriving at camp, jus a willingness to learn! Our expert staff will teach your camper skills thought the week. Employing a principle known as "Challenge by Choice," your camper will acheive and be supported at the challenge level most appropriate to them.
Q: What about food?
A: A tasty and nutritious lunch as well as an abundance of snacks are provided. Please notify us about any food allergies or special dietary requirements. In an effort to enhance our sanitation requirements, all meals will be served in our beautifull, outdoor pavilion. Each meal will consist of a "box lunch:" individually pre-prepared meals to reduce the potential for personal contact.
Q: Will campers stay overnight?
A: To reduce risk, our optional overnight experience (previously scheduled for each Thursday of the camp week) is hereby cancelled for the summer 2020. However, camper families may choose a late pick up on Thursday (9PM) to allow your camper an evening activity and campfire experience (dinner included).
